**Medical Records & Clinical Prep Assistant | Spire Nottingham Hospital - | Full time | Permanent**

Spire Nottingham Hospital is recruiting for a Medical Records & Clinical Prep Assistant to join their busy administrative team, assisting in the provision of comprehensive medical records service to all clinical areas.

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Compilation of procedure specific medical records, prepare records for clinics and theatre lists
- Ensuring records and documentation are supplied when required
- Assisting with storage, retrieval and collection of medical records
- Assisting with departmental filing
- Assisting with patient requests for copies of notes
- To undertake any relevant training to assist with smooth running of the department
- To undertake any duty as deemed necessary by Senior Medical Records Administrator
- Courteous and helpful to all customers and provide a professional service
- An awareness and understanding of data protection and confidentiality
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
