Central Administration Executive
Kantar Public - Data & Operations
Location - London
The Data Collection team are highly respected experts, working on a number of high-profile surveys such as the Crime Survey for England and Wales and Understanding Society. The Finance and Admin team play a vital role in ensuring our casual workers working out in the field as well as from the office are supported with the recruitment, onboarding and all associated admin requirements.
Responsibilities and Outcomes
- Processing Interviewer new starters/leavers/hold details
- Updating & Maintaining interviewer records
- Processing Recruitment & Training packs
- Responding to and managing queries/problems in a timely manager
- Have full knowledge & understand how to raise purchase orders in Maconomy
- Regularly communicates with manager and other team members plus key stakeholders to ensure there is understanding on both sides around on-going requirements, capabilities and progress on specific projects/departmental issues
- Administer ad hoc booking requests of all External requests for Accommodation /Travel /Meeting room requests
- Processing reference request for our casual workers
- Yearly review and send out of key casual worker declarations
- Able to conduct Right to Work checks
- Able to support the pay team in processing of pay if required
Capabilities and Experience
- Proven ability in problem resolution
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Proactive approach to offering guidance and knowledge sharing
- Strong administration skills including thoroughness and attention to detail
- Strong organising and planning skills
- Self-motivated and ability to work on own initiative
- Able to multitask and prioritise the workload effectively
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management
- Basic numeracy and literacy ability
- Good telephone manner and adept at working in a team
