We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time **Lettings Negotiator** to join the team. If you are someone with great customer service experience within a similar role in residential property or hospitality then we would love to hear from you

Based across our development in Cardiff, you’ll be part of our busy Resident Services Team. The Lettings Negotiator is a pivotal position within our team, requiring a hardworking, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to deliver a high number of reservations while providing exceptional customer service and creating long lasting relationships with our residents.

You will work 40 hours per week between Monday
- Saturday, in return we offer a competitive basic salary of £21K - £26K per annum plus bonus

**What will you do?**
- Be a brand & product ambassador at all times
- Negotiate with all parties on offers received and successfully agree a let
- Follow the lettings process through to completion in an efficient manner
- Deliver outstanding service to internal and external customers
- Conduct viewings
- Carry out effective time and diary management
- Provide constructive, consultative landlord feedback at all times
- Negotiate offers between landlords and tenants in line with legislation
- Proactively and thoroughly update all systems to ensure smooth communication for all team members
- Book and carry out property inspections as required
- Book lettings market appraisals, obtaining all relevant information
- Ensure all regulatory requirements are met
- Ensure comprehensive notes are recorded on the software system

**What are we looking for?**
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience in a Lettings Negotiator role
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work towards targets and objectives
- Knowledge of relevant Lettings and Estate Agency Acts
- ARLA / IRPM qualification (desirable)
