As our company grows, we are looking for a **Social Media and Marketing Executive **to oversee and drive all aspects of our digital and social media marketing efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up and take charge of a key role in our organisation.

We’re seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media and Marketing Executive who will lead all marketing initiatives, including managing and executing our digital marketing strategy. Your role will be instrumental in promoting our brand, generating leads, and ensuring that our message reaches the right audience both online and offline. You will take full ownership of digital marketing, social media campaigns, and brand visibility efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Oversight**: Oversee and develop the digital and social media marketing strategy for Homelium, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- **Social Media Management**: Take full responsibility for managing our social media accounts, growing our follower base, and increasing engagement across all platforms.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- **Brand Development**: Strengthen Homelium's brand across all digital channels, ensuring consistency and professionalism in all messaging and visual elements.
- **Market Research & Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the digital marketing landscape.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate local marketing efforts, events, and community partnerships, ensuring increased visibility in our target areas.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- **Marketing Leadership**: Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally with a focus on digital marketing and social media management.
- **Creative Vision**: Strong creative abilities, with a flair for developing content that resonates with and engages target audiences.
- **Analytical Mindset**: Ability to track, analyse, and interpret marketing data to inform strategy adjustments.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with an eye for detail and brand alignment.
- **Organisational Abilities**: Excellent project management and multitasking skills, able to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
- **Collaborative Approach**: A team player who works well with others and can also lead initiatives independently.
