We are looking for a UX Consultant to lead exciting new website redesign projects across various clients and industries.

If you're passionate about taking UX beyond screen design and like to get stuck into user research and testing with other digital specialists, then read on.

**The Part You’ll Play as UX CONSULTANT.**

We’re looking for a Midweight / Senior UX Consultant who is a true all-rounder. Someone who can lead both User Research and UX Design activities in collaboration with other digital specialists to guide stakeholders through user-centred design and optimisation projects.

The role is perfect for someone who enjoys researching and testing experiences as much as architecting and designing them. Activities will be varied, from running client facing discovery workshops and interviews to prototyping, testing, analytics, and everything in-between.

Our view is that User Interface Design is not just about surface design, but how people actually interact with content and controls across journeys and the brand ecosystem. For this reason, the UX Consultant must have a strong and solid understanding of usability and interaction design principles and be able to effectively communicate rationale to stakeholders using a body of proven knowledge - or be able to select the correct research method to test and validate thinking. Experience of digital marketing channels would be a bonus.

**As UX CONSULTANT You’ll Bring**

This is not a visual design role though a general understanding of layout and typography in addition to mobile, accessibility and persuasive design is expected.

Likewise, the ability to code is not expected, but designing for content management systems, an appreciation of technological capabilities and constraints when working with developers, along with a keen interest in the latest technology is highly desirable.

Due to the generalist nature of the role we are looking for a UX Consultant who is highly adaptable with a positive attitude towards trying new tools and techniques across the breadth of UX, including client and user facing activities.

We’re looking for someone who’s able and keen to learn, and proactive in personal development of themselves and others.
