The role:
You will need to be flexible to working a residential care rota which includes evening weekends and holiday periods and must be able to engage service users and channel their energy and emotions towards positive activities.
Being compassionate and resolute and able to manage challenging behaviours in various forms and including self-injurious behaviours. This opportunity comes from a stable company with excellent training and genuine development progression from Support worker to Senior Support Worker to Deputy Manager and Managerial roles.
