**Job Summary**

The role is for 1-2 days a week and is on a self employed basis only. Own tools & van along with previous experience are essential.

Local pick ups would be in IG8 and fitting jobs would cover all of London and sometimes surrounding counties.

**Responsibilities**
- Install a variety of window treatments, including blinds & curtains.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete installations.
- Perform minor electrical work related to motorised window treatments when required.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment during and after installations.
- Handle any necessary repairs or adjustments post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Must be capable of bending & fitting curtain tracks on site (training & equipment can be given) Knowing how to hang dress & steam curtains is an essential part of our job working in the highest end residential projects.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in installation of curtains & blinds would be beneficial but not essential.
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings & worksheets
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to fabricate solutions on-site as needed.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship in every installation.
- Valid driving licence is required for travel between job sites.
