**The Role**

Due to company growth, we are seeking a Marketing Assistant in a newly created role to support our Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for planning and creating multi-channel Marketing campaigns, internal communications, arranging events and assisting the sales team with BID Management. This job is full of variety, and you’ll need to be able to turn your hand to a multitude of tasks.

**Marketing**

**Social Media and Company Website**
- Assist with creating, delivering and monitoring of engaging content for use across all digital platforms including writing social media and company update posts.
- Developing a strategy for social media posts, planning and scheduling on a rolling two monthly basis
- Monitoring social media channels, identifying opportunities for engagement, sharing feedback with the team and gathering insight on our audiences and trending topics
- Support in the development of company’s new website and regularly updating content on the back end of the website.
- Provide website content support - refreshing images and videos and creating case studies and new posts.
- Reviewing the analytics from social media and website regularly

**Photography and Film**
- Capturing and editing video and photos of projects for use across all marketing platforms including case studies and testimonials

**Communications**
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to create regular and relevant internal business communications to employees.
- Managing the compilation and distribution of the internal staff newsletter, including writing and editing content, arranging photography and overseeing design
- Working in partnership with the Marketing Manager to develop and deliver relevant and engaging external communication materials for suppliers and clients, including Case Studies

**General**
- Implementation of customer journey to engage clients and ensure timely follow up
- Regularly audit and maintain the accuracy of information displayed across all marketing material and digital platforms, making appropriate amendments where necessary
- Provide administrative support to the team as required

**Experience**

You will need at least 1 years experience within a marketing position, and able to demonstrate expertise in commutations. You would be a personable self-starter with a flair for ideas and a eagerness to learn.
