**Role Description**
**We are now recruiting to the role of Aquatics and Activity Activators**
Your primary role is to get people active in aquatics and activity You will be part of a team of people delivering safe and fun activity sessions to our customers, making sure that they have a great experience and ensuring that they choose to keep coming back. The majority of your week will be spent delivering aquatic sessions to people. In the remainder of your time you will have administration tasks to complete so you need to be organised and manage your time well.

You will be required to deliver sessions within the swimming and activity areas. You will be leading the delivery of specialised sessions such as parties, activity days and family attractions; so you will be adaptable and have a range of delivery skills.

You will deal with enquiries and we have a range of IT systems in place to use. You will get to know our systems and use them as part of your daily routines to communicate with others, record progress and perform general administration tasks such as participation monitoring.

As an Activator you will be expected to deliver a high standard of customer service, be creative in the introduction of new products and support the management of pool programmes and systems.

Activators who demonstrate a high level of achievement, will have the opportunity (upon a vacant position being available) to progress within the Aquatics and Activity Team. You will develop your skills and knowledge to enable you to step into the first line management role within the team.

**Salary**: £19,196.00 per year
