La Fosse Associates are currently partnered with a Global Financial Services business who are currently looking to recruit an EUC Team Lead to their team. This will be a permanent role paying up to £70,000 Per Annum and allowing their employees full flexibilitywork work remotely and are offering a 4 1/2 day week.

**About the role**:
This role is responsible for delivering endpoint services to our staff. This includes laptop/desktop builds, updates and software deployment across Mac and PC technologies. We use JAMF Pro, MS SCCM and Intune for managing devices.

As part of the infrastructure team is responsible for ensuring services are highly available and configured according to industry best practices. We operate a modern technology stack with most resources deployed on our public cloud platforms in AWS and Azure.

**Requirements**:

- Expert knowledge of mobile endpoints running IOS and Android
- Strong knowledge of Apple desktop systems
- Good skills with PowerShell
- Good knowledge of Windows Server
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and associated services (ADFS, DHCP, DNS, Group policy, WSUS, LDAP)
- Understanding of the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
- Knowledge of SentinelOne or similar technologies
- Working knowledge of monitoring platforms such as Solarwinds
- Knowledge of IT security best practices, MFA, SSL, PAM
- Solid understanding of IP-based networking
