Community Mental Health Pathway Allocation

You will lead the regular Locality Pathway Allocation Meetings that involve a range of services, clinical and administrative staff. You will ensure that requests for intervention or advice are dealt with promptly and allocated to the correct pathway according to their presenting needs. This must be communicated with patients and referrers alike promptly and with clarity. You will work alongside the wider management team and ensure that any bottlenecks or changes in demand are communicated effectively to problem solve and prevent any undue delays.
Excellent organisational skills are essential for this exciting and challenging role.
