Essential person specification requirements The post holder will hold the following essential qualifications, experience and skills. Diploma or equivalent qualification e.g foundation degree i.e. Assistant Practitioner, or Nursing Associate or NVQ level 3 qualification in a Health-related subject plus short courses or relevant health related experience to diploma level or equivalent experience Maths GCSE (at grade C or 4) or functional skills level 2 qualification English GCSE (at grade C or 4) or functional skills level 2 qualification Significant experience within clinical practice Experience of teaching, supervising and assessing healthcare learners in the practice setting Demonstrates knowledge of clinical competence and confidence appropriate to their role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent interpersonal skills able to engage and build effective relationships at all levels in stakeholder organisations Excellent organisational skills Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines. Microsoft office - word, excel and power point Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Ability to work without supervision and use own initiative Ability to work flexibly and manage competing priorities Consistently high attention to detail and quality of work Ability to work as a member of a team Handles situations with diplomacy and confidentiality
