**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Debt management and invoicing
- Dispensing of medications
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Maintain office cleanliness and tidiness
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
**Experience**
- Strong computerised skills for data entry and office tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role is advantageous
- Typing speed and accuracy for handling office correspondence efficiently
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
