CK Solars and Roofing Ltd is a Nationwide Solar PV installation company. We carry out a number of large-scale projects all over the UK.

We are looking for an office adminstrator with finance experience to join our team
- Excellent computer skills, in particular good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word along with Xero accounting software
- Proven excellent skills in numeracy, literacy, administration, organisational and communication.
- Have an interest in implementing systems and adapting procedures towards achieving ongoing improvement of financial management of the company’s activities.

General admin duties to include

Payroll (weekly)

Upload invoices and all necessary paperwork to Xero, report on findings

Liaise with company director and project manager along with other staff regarding holidays / absences

Assist with finance forecasting

Submit VAT and CIS returns

Liaise with our bookkeeper and accountant

Salary is dependant on experience for the right person

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£16.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- office based: 2 years (preferred)
