Retortal helps direct sellers around the world to make running their social media accounts easier. We are looking to grow our social media team and looking to employ a Social Media Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to work with the latest in social media tools and technologies, while developing creative strategies that effectively engage with our target audience.

As a Social Media Coordinator, your role will include the following:

- Creating images and writing social media posts for various brands.
- Completing admin tasks.
- Liaising with our Customer Success Manager and coordinators.
- Providing excellent customer support both to the brands we work with and their direct sellers.
- Working alongside our in-house team as well as managing a team of remote workers.
- Proof reading, editing and uploading copy and assets.

**SKILLS NEEDED**
- Confident using Adobe PhotoShop.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Time management.
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Able to work to deadlines.
- Can show initiative and take responsibility for own tasks.
- The ability to provide feedback relating to content or graphics.
- Have experience with all key social media platforms (E.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).

You will also get:

- We have adopted hybrid working so you can work from home 3 days a week and in our office which is a couple of minutes walk into the town centre 2 days a week.
- You will be given training with your role.
- 20 days holiday a year (you will get all standard UK Bank holidays off as well).
- An additional day off for your Birthday.

The hours of work will be 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch and also two 15 minute breaks

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
