Why buy a kid’s bike? Children grow fast. Keeping up with their growth spurts can be costly and a hassle for parents. At the Bike Club we provide families with a sustainable and affordable option for getting their children active and enjoying the outdoors. We offer kids bike on a subscription service that can be exchanged as they grow. Not only are we disrupting the cycling industry, but we are changing the world of consumer finance and creating a circular economy for bikes.

**About the role**

As we're expanding internationally we are looking for someone who is fluent with German and English. We pride ourselves on being a customer
- centric company, where our members are at the heart of what we do. That means our customer service team plays a key role in helping support and grow our community, ensuring that we provide an excellent level of service with every interaction.

**About you**:
We’re looking for someone who will thrive in a fast-paced environment where two days are never the same. If this role excites you will also be an individual who:

- Can handle working on multiple tasks at the same time whilst thinking on your feet to create solutions
- Has a deep level of empathy who strives to go above and beyond to make people happy?
- You’re a genuine honest person, who actively seeks out feedback to help yourself grow and improve
- Love the dynamic of a team environment but are just as comfortable working independently
- You can remain positive when the going gets tough and working under pressure
- When multi-tasking, you still take pride in your work ensuring that that quality of work does not suffer.
- 37.5 hours per week (evenings and weekends required)
- Office based with 1 work from home day

**Salary**: From £20,000.00 per year
