Timber Windows has a UK wide network of 43 beautifully appointed showrooms providing a unique experience for customer seeking replacement timber windows and doors. Dale Joinery supplies its products through discerning developers, self builders and builders merchant seeking a quality product to complement their building projects.

**Main Purpose of the Role**

The Technical Processing Assistant is responsible for preparing accurate customer orders for the customer to sign off and also for the factory to enable to manufacture product correctly. The role requires continuous interaction with our existing and new customers, ensuring first class service and support is given at all times. You will also have direct interaction with our European manufacturing partners.

**Key Role Responsibilities**
- To check and amend customer orders to produce accurate contracts and manufacturing details
- Provide product support to our customer base and sales teams
- Liaise with customers and factory to ensure accurate pricing of all special item requests.
- Supply customer with scale drawings when requested.

**Knowledge & Skills**
- Previous experience of the window and door products
- Ability to manage different tasks in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
- Highly proficient in the use of IT software and systems. i.e. Microsoft Office and Adobe
- AutoCAD an advantage.
