Technical Processing Assistant

Timber Windows has a UK wide network of over 50 beautifully appointed showrooms providing a unique experience for customer seeking replacement timber windows and doors. Our focus is on delivering exceptional craftsmanship, sustainable practices, and outstanding service across every part of the supply chain. Timber Windows offers homeowners a complete supply-and-installation service for beautifully crafted timber windows and doors.

The Technical Processing Assistant is responsible for preparing accurate customer orders for the customer to sign off and also for the factory to enable to manufacture product correctly. The role requires continuous interaction with our existing and new customers, ensuring first class service and support is given at all times. You will also have direct interaction with our European manufacturing partners.

Key Role Responsibilities:

· To check and amend customer orders to produce accurate contracts and manufacturing details

· Provide product support to our customer base and sales teams

  • Liaise with customers and factory to ensure accurate pricing of all special item requests.
  • Supply customer with scale drawings when requested.

Essential qualities and experience to include:

  • Previous experience of the window and door products
  • Ability to manage different tasks in a fast moving and dynamic environment.
  • Highly proficient in the use of IT software and systems. i.e. Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • High levels of honesty and integrity
  • Positive / "Can Do" attitude
  • Good commercial acumen
  • Attention to detail
  • AutoCAD an advantage.
