**Capital Outsourcing Group's** client is a principal contractor supporting and providing engineering resources for over 35 years. We are currently recruiting for **Dispatch Coordinators** to optimise the working day of the Field Engineers to achieve the daily delivery of customer service in line with the agreed SLA’s and by maximising the efficiency of the service delivery, ensuring they are achieved in a safe, efficient and customer focused manner. - Competitive **PAYE** Salary - **20 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays**: - Company **Pension** scheme - **Cycle to work**scheme - Excellent **career progression** opportunities **In your role you will be responsible for**: - Support the field teams achieving installations in line with the SLA’s through effective planning & scheduling. - Ensure compliance to standards and processes through regular debrief processes with field service engineers. - Organise engineer’s activities to ensure the assignment, issue and ongoing monitoring of work occurs as efficiently as possible. - Maintain contact with engineers throughout the day, ensuring any failed installs are accounted for. - To ensure the accurate completion of all documentation required to report field service performance. - Ensure all jobs are accounted for and closed by the end of the day - Promote H&S standards ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements. **You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence**: - Strong communication skills, both written & oral - Strong IT skills - Knowledge of Microsoft packages would be advantageous - Good organisation and time management skills. - Flexible with working hours _(Shift Patterns, 8hrs worked between 7am-9pm)_ - Experience working in a similar role would be advantageous Alternatively, please click **"Apply"**. **Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm Contract length: 12 weeks Pay: From £11.44 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week **Benefits**: - Company pension - Free parking - On-site parking - Sick pay Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Holidays - Overtime Application question(s): - What is your home postcode? - Do you have a notice period?
