**Role as a Learning Support Assistant**:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in helping students overcome barriers to their learning. Your work will involve supporting their academic progress while encouraging confidence and independence.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Providing tailored support to students in small groups or on a one-to-one basis.
- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation to meet the needs of individual learners.
