Required Experience and Qualifications:

- Occupational/ Site experience within the Plumbing and Gas sector for at least 5 years
- Current ACS Gas certification, as a minimum CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1, HTR1, CKR1, CoNGLPG PD
- In-date ACS qualifications for Domestic Gas (essential)
- possession of a training qualification, PTLLS, AET or equivalent, and relevant teaching experience.
- Renewable technologies including Heat Pumps, Solar Thermal, solar photovoltaics
- Water Regulations
- Vented and Unvented Hot Water Systems
- Energy Efficiency in Domestic Dwellings
- Strong IT skills - including experience on e-portfolio systems

Required Skills & Experience:

- A positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on experience in electrical installation
- A willingness to continue self-development
- A passion for helping students achieve

Ideal but Not Essential:

- Commercial Gas Qualifications
- IQA qualifications are desirable but not essential.
