**The Job**:
As a Sales Consultant, you will be building relationships with prospective clients to ultimately sell off-plan new build properties listed on their website. You will provide end-to-end service from the lead that's generated for you up until exchange and completion.You need to be hungry for commission, ambitious and willing to disrupt the sales of off-plan properties within the industry.
**Your Day To Day Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Conduct outbound qualification calls and manages enquiries
- Closing the deal, negotiating and managing the buyer and vendor
- Develop the sales process to exchange and completion and CRM management
- Always providing exceptional customer experience and building your own reputation
- Prepare financial documents, including disclosures and reports for buyers
- Support other members of the sales team to ensure monthly targets are met
**For The Position Of The Sales Consultant We Are Looking For The Following Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in investment sales or property agency role ideally off-plan sales
- Experience in building relationships and networking to stay informed of industry trends and opportunities
- Ability to build effective working relationships with buyers, ensuring their needs are always put first
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Comfortable with CRM systems
- Experience or prior knowledge in cryptocurrency is an advantage
