Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant - Tech

up to £40k salary + Commission

With locations in Cardiff, Edinburgh, and London, our client specialises in recruiting for the technology, finance, and marketing industries. Their method is flexible and proactive, and they are passionate about assisting businesses in expanding by introducingthem to the greatest people available within the UK and abroad. They have supported the problems of company transformation and recruiting for hundreds of companies.

Instead of working toward sales goals and KPIs, their team bases performance evaluations on the level of satisfaction of the companies they help.

With a combined 60 years of market expertise, our client understands that finding the appropriate talent partner is essential since recruiting at all levels is becoming a more challenging challenge.
- Have 2 years agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of billing
- Successful business development experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Be determined, hardworking and be able to work towards targets
- Organisation and time management is key
- Advertising, sourcing and delivery skills ?
