We are looking for a Production Operative to join our busy, friendly team as a key member in the production process of a successful growing business in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

The main duties include:

- Machine operating - Primarily operating conveyor and flatbed têxtile cutting machines
- Basic data entry into computer system to update production progress
- Regular machine checks to ensure they are operating correctly and safely
- To keep the cutting area clean and tidy to ensure a safe working environment
- Product Packing and Despatch
- Product QA inspection

The successful production Operative will have:

- Excellent time keeping, attendance and work ethic
- A keen eye for detail is essential
- Whilst experience in têxtile cutting would be advantageous, it is not essential as full training will be provided.
- Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills
