**About the role**

This is a fantastic opportunity in the Technical Services department and will allow the successful applicant to further develop their skills and delight our customers, working with our pre-sales department and directly with our clients to deliver technical solutions and assist them on their journey with Aspire.

The skillset will primarily focus on Microsoft Azure, InTune, Microsoft 365, VMWare, deployments and migrations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning, implementation and migration of infrastructures and supporting systems
- Designing solutions to meet customer needs
- Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies relevant to the role
- Communication with project managers and customers to ensure they are kept abreast of project delivery
- Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard
- Customer site visits to complete projects as required
- Configuration and installation of hardware on customer site or data centre

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required**:

- Strong experience in IT
- Microsoft Windows Server Technologies
- Microsoft 365
- InTune Autopilot
- Azure
- VMWare ESXi/vCentre
- Shared Storage Solutions
- Remote Desktop/Virtual Desktop Deployments
- An enthusiastic, committed and flexible approach to work

**Additionally, the following would be desirable**:

- Any Microsoft/VMWare certifications that would be relevant to role

This role sits within the Technical Services Team and reports directly to the Team Leader

**Location and Working Arrangements**:
The position is based out of Aspire Technology Solutions’ Head Office in Gateshead, however you will be required to attend customer sites at various locations throughout the UK. As such, the role includes provision of a company vehicle or car allowance.

**Hours of Work**:
The normal hours of employment will be 37 ½ Hours per week, Monday to Friday, during which one hour may be taken for lunch.

**Salary and Benefits**:
£ 34,000 - £42,000 + Car/Car Allowance
