As a Warehouse Administrator, you’ll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers, both UK and International based, enjoying their favourite M&S food.

**What will you do & what will you need**

As part of your role you will be required to cover a variety of depot daily administration tasks which requires providing the highest level of customer care and finding resolutions/escalation of live issues. These include liaising with M&S (International and UK) and suppliers confirming daily orders and queries, checking inbound stock deliveries from suppliers to ensure safety and compliance standards are adhered to, preparing export documents and maintaining various sets of data and reviewing data for trends.

Ideally, you will have experience of administration in a busy office environment, be PC literate with word and excel experience and have great attention to detail.

Gist Cumbernauld is one of our original distribution centres with an impressive warehouse of 222,000 square feet. The site was opened in 1971 to exclusively service the Marks & Spencer (M&S) Food contract. Various extensions have been added to the original building to enhance capacity and support our network growth. We currently have 454 colleagues at site. We provide free parking and there is public transport within a 10-minute walk from site.
