We have an opportunity to join our team as a Warehouse Administrator based at our Deerdykes site in Cumbernauld.

This is a** **part time position, with hours being 16 hours per week, on a 6-month temporary contract.

**Duties Include**:

- Provide administrative support to the Warehouse Team, ensuring all processes are implemented effectively.
- Manage and control all Warehouse deliveries.
- Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
- Monitor issues with stock orders.
- Manage and file all Warehouse paperwork.
- General administrative duties
- Inform internal and external customers about changes with orders.
- To step in and help other areas as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous administrative experience is essential.
- Experienced in liaising with customers and suppliers.
- Experienced in dealing with conflicting priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Previous warehouse experience (desirable)
- Proficiency in MS office (MS word and MS excel)
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Previous warehouse experience (desirable)

**Personal Qualities**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional administration and organisational skills with particular attention to detail.
- Customer focused.
- Must be able to work well as part of a team.
- Good organisational and time management skills.

Experience in an Administration position is required with Warehouse experience preferred but not essential.

What's important is that you have a can-do attitude.
