We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our newly launched Regulation Team at Derby College

As Regulation Assistant you will supports the Regulation Team with a wide range of cross college administrative duties, working closely with the Regulation Manager and Inclusion and Specialist assessment Manager. You will provide proactive, administrative support to a wide range of stakeholders. This will require a constant evaluation of priorities, excellent communication skills and a broad understanding of the college’s portfolio of programmes, both undergraduate and postgraduate.

Derby College is one of the leading Colleges in the UK for delivery of T Level courses. Within this role you will have the opportunity to work on the new T Level provision within the College and will be instrumental to developing the new systems and administration to support this. This is a great opportunity to be involved in a new and exciting project

You will have experience of working as a member of a team delivering a key support service which is customer focussed and will demonstrate the ability to enter and retrieve data to high levels of accuracy. If you have experience working in an administrative role and/or of regulation administration, that is an advantage. But if you don’t have this experience that’s also great; as long as you have the key skills required, we will train you on the rest

We are currently operating a hybrid working model with the position primarily working at home with a requirement to attend our Roundhouse campus (your official working location) on a rota system.
