We are FBC, Fox's Burton's Companies-And we bake the UK's most incredible biscuits (we might be slightly biased, but we will leave that for you to judge).

FBC was a match made in heaven, with two of the top UK biscuits manufacturers (Burton's Biscuits and Fox's Biscuits) coming together to create one unique, integrated company.

We bake our incredible biscuits at eight bakeries across the UK, located at Ilse of Arran, Livingston, Blackpool, Llantarnam, Edinburgh, Kirkham, Batley & Dorset. We also have offices for our supporting services in St Albans, Liverpool and Moreton. Together, we employ circa 4,000 amazing employees across all our locations.

**What does your typical day look like?**
- Is the facilitator for all HR processes / services for local industrial department (in coordination with Operations HR)
- Support the implementation of FBC UK guidelines in the Plant(s)
- Ensures proper implementation of recruitment, management and development process for local resources
- Supports the Specialist Functions in charge of the definition of development plans and define individual
- development plans for resources in the Plant(s)
- Supports Plant(s)(s) management in the ordinary organizational development activities: fine
- tuning on existing structures, sizing / right sizing analysis, workload analysis and job assessment

HEALTH & SAFETY
- Collaborates with local H&S manager to support and advise site management and his/ her delegates on all
- matters related to health and safety at the Plant(s)
- Oversees the local implementation of FBC UK H&S policies, procedures, initiatives and programs
- Ensures integration of local H&S manager in the Plant(s) leadership team for a seamless and direct
- communication between those responsible and those accountable for health and safety at Plant(s) level

HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY
- Support the implementation of FBC UK policies and plans at Plant(s) level
- Facilitates the implementation of HR guidelines and methodologies of FBC UK Specialist Functions, supporting
- the interaction between local structures and the FBC UK
- Ensures the implementation of training plans, policies, and mechanisms that support employees professional
- development and improvement
- Oversees the Ethical Trading agenda supporting implementation FBC UK policies and plans at Plant(s) level

BUDGET MANAGEMENT AND HR PLANNING
- Monitors and manages HR and OVHs costs for Plant(s) resources, in line with FBC UK budget
- Ensures the proper management of budget (in line with Business objectives)

TALENT MANAGEMENT
- Supports oversight of training plans that support employees professional development and improvement
- Contributes to the supervision and coordination of education, training and development program
- Contributes to the definition and proper implementation and management of appraisal processes in order to
- develop qualified management resources

HUMAN RESOURCES / TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Is accountable for managing people assigned, ensuring a management system based on FBC UK values,
- motivation, diversity & inclusion, competence development and empowerment
- Promote the proper communication and cascading through the line managers to the teams
- Recruits, manages, motivates, coaches and develops own team
- Guarantees Human Resources professional development, evaluating people and proposing development
- Initiatives

RECRUITMENT AND HIRING
- Oversees recruitment / hiring activities and internal / international mobility, in order to support line Management

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
- Oversees proper implementation of IC activities in order to guarantee their definition and delivery
- Contributes to the labour strategies and frameworks to deliver collaborative relationships
- Contributes to the CSR agenda and supports a consistent appr
