As a Buying Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to the team, from analysing competitor pricing to maintaining data accuracy. What you'll do

You will play a pivotal role in supporting the team to deliver our growth plans and provide our customers with a great range of products at competitive prices. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within company timelines to drive overall performance in the business unit. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing competitor pricing to maintain our competitive position, creating and maintaining data integrity for category SKUs, adhering to buying milestones to ensure timely launches, liaising with suppliers to chase samples and key information, and preparing approvals for Senior Buyer/Buyer/Assistant Buyer. Additionally, you will conduct competitor shop reports and provide feedback to the team. Your strong numerical skills, proficiency in Excel and Word, great stakeholder management, excellent administrative and organisational abilities, and interest in commerciality will contribute to your success in this role. You should also be adaptable to fast-changing environments and stay knowledgeable about market trends, the competitor landscape, and our target customers. Who you are

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting the delivery of growth plans and providing excellent administrative support. Your strong numerical skills and ability to analyse and interpret data allow you to effectively review competitor pricing, maintain data integrity, and contribute to maintaining our competitive position in the market. With your proficiency in Excel and Word, you ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, adhering to buying milestones within critical paths to ensure on-time launches. Your excellent stakeholder management, organisational ability, and adaptability in fast-changing environments enable you to effectively liaise with suppliers, chase samples, and provide valuable support to the team. Your interest in commerciality, knowledge of market trends, competitor environment, and target customers, further enhance your contributions to the buying team.

Essential criteria:
- Hybrid working - based at our London or Ansty office an average of 2 days per week.
- Excel Proficiency - intermediate skills required.
- High degree of accuracy - will thrive in a busy environment and maintain data accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills - be able to demonstrate ability to prioritise
