A luxury retailer is looking for an HR business partner to join its UK HR team to lead the people agenda. The brand is an iconic, highly respected leader it its field renowned for its exceptional branding and product quality.

The role of HR business partner will see you partnering with senior executives across the UK portfolio. You’ll be responsible for the nationwide HR agenda whilst also playing an integral part in a number of exciting projects that are being undertaken atpresent. On the project agenda is business transformation and organisational design, talent management from a recruitment and retention perspective, people capabilities and the current reward offering to its employees.

Coming from a HR background position within retail or hospitality, you’ll have developed strong generalist experience across all core functions of HR. You’ll be able to demonstrate how you can business partner with senior stakeholders during your careerand have the ability to gain buy in
- and influence at this level. Ideally you’ll have gained extensive experience in the projects that are on the agenda currently as this would clearly be advantageous.

In return they are offering a salary of up to £75,000 with a comprehensive benefit package. There is hybrid working in place with two days from home and three days in the office.
