Bibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for a reliable **Bad Debt Protection Administrator**to join our team on a **hybid basis** with the flexibility of any of our UK offices. You will join us on a **full time, permanent basis** and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary of £25,500 per annum.**

**As our Bad Debt Protection Administrator,**you will bring good communication and attention to detail skills to form an integral part of our Bad Debt Protection Administration function. You will manage your time effectively to ensure all aspects of BDP Administration are performed to a high standard, providing excellent service to our clients and protecting Bibby from any unnecessary risk.

**Your responsibilities as our Bad Debt Protection Administrator will include**:

- Overseeing and auditing withdrawn and reduced Cover Limits, ensuring that BFS colleagues and our clients are advised within agreed timescales;
- Taking receipt of, logging and submitting to our provider claims we receive from Business Centres when a bad debt has occurred;
- Pre-assessing claims using your specialist knowledge of our own Trade Credit Insurance Policy and our Invoice Finance Agreements to ensure they are compliant and handled within agreed service levels, including reviewing all supporting documents and background to the bad debt;
- Managing requests for BDP exceptional pricing flexibility, logging and responding to requests within agreed service levels;
- Supporiting the DRAs by inputting key information into dashboards to allow analysis which supports managing BFS credit risk;
- Personally delivering a high level of service to all BFS colleagues and our clients, liaising with DRAs to minimise risk whilst maximizing the benefits of the BDP product;
**What we are looking for in our ideal Bad Debt Protection Administrator**:
Experience
- High volume administration function experience
- Customer Service
- Worked in a Financial Services environment

**Skills**:

- Strong IT skills (in particular Excel)
- Attention to detail
- Written and verbal communication
