**The Growth Company’s (GC)** Restart Employment team is seeking an Administrator who will deliver effective administrative support and ensure contract compliance of paperwork in respect of any GC contract.
We help to make a lasting difference to the lives of people throughout Greater Manchester, by supporting individuals to gain meaningful employment. Our highly skilled advisers and keyworkers work with a range of individuals; from people who have found themselves recently out of work, to those with complex barriers such as physical disabilities, mental ill-health and debt.
**This role will be based at our Salford office.**
**Key responsibilities**:
- Conduct audits of electronic and paper systems, ensuring documentation aligns with contract KPIs and funding requirements.
- Update systems monthly, archive records, and maintain accurate petty cash and financial records.
- Adhere to strict data protection standards and ensure confidentiality in all communications.
- Handle telephone referrals, front desk enquiries, and maintain professionalism in all public-facing duties.
- Work with colleagues to manage caseloads and uphold procedural compliance.
- Maintain office appearance, manage mail, stationery orders, and message handling.
- Meet regular deadlines, support contract-related tasks, and comply with Health & Safety regulations.
