Forsyth of Denny Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join their busy head office in Stirling. This post is to cover a period of maternity leave; however, this may lead to a permanent role.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Matching, checking and coding invoices/credits
- Investigating purchase ledger queries
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Processing supplier payments and sending remittances
- Make sure all payments are made within a timely manner
- Bank reconciliations
- Raising purchase orders
- Processing staff expenses
- Liaising with suppliers
- Preparing cashflow projections for management
- General administration duties

**Experience**:

- Purchase Ledger: 1 year
- Plant/Construction Industry Experience (preferred)
- Xero & DEXT Accounting Software (preferred)
- Knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) (preferred)
- Knowledge of Domestic Reverse Charge VAT (preferred)

Up to £24,000 - DOE
