Our Store Sales Assistants are key to that and we have an opportunity to further strengthen what we give our customers and to support our colleagues.

**The Store Sales Advisor** gives the best service to customers through their warm and friendly approach and amazing knowledge. They listen to what the customer is telling them and find out as much information as possible to bring the ideas for their home to life. They will also be involved in all aspects of store operations, for example, accepting deliveries, stock replenishment, retail standards and administration. The store sales assistant is part of a high performing team to deliver the stores’ goals and targets while adhering to strict Health and Safety practices. This role is especially dedicated to treating people well, understanding the needs of others and using positive relationships to get the job done properly and fairly. We have two exciting opportunities available in **Birkenhead.**

**You’ll need to be**:

- Great with people
- An awesome communicator - in person and over the phone
- Confident using and interpreting numbers and data and computer systems
- Independent and flexible
- Great at finding opportunities to do better and improve
- Prepared to get to know all about the product and the different dimensions we offer, how the products should be used and demonstrate them in hand to customers
- Comfortable moving the products around the store following a delivery or as part of shop floor displays for example
