A fabulous Client Success Director is required.
Our client is the world's leading emerging technology provider for commerce. They partner with Brands and Retailers to produce engaging shopper experiences deployed across physical, and digital, activation points on the customer shopping journey. They collaboratewith their clients to deploy engaging, measureable projects including; production of augmented reality experiences, products, stores, avatars, liveshopping, virtual flagship stores, Metaverse and NFT activations.
**The Role
**The CSD will write their own commission checks. You will be rewarded on a % of sales, with uncapped earning potential. You will be an ambitious, 'make it happen’, sales leader. Working as part of a high performance team, your key role is to identify,pitch and close new business from existing clients. You will be asked to identify sales leads, pitch our clients services, close deals and maintain a good working relationship with existing contacts.
You will be given a new business target across existing brands.
You are accountable for the creation of the account plan for your existing and new brands supported by your assigned team member, the Client Success Manager. The account plan will be achieved by conducting a gap analysis of who, what and where our client currentlysells into the client and where the sales gaps are to pursue to grow the client.
**Skills and Knowledge**
- Confident sales presenter
- Ability to manage and run top level Client meetings
- Excellent commercial and negotiation skills, ability to open opportunities and close sales
- Good communication, relationship building and influencing skills
- Analytical, numerate and highly driven
- Excellent organizational skills including time planning, attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Fluent in written & oral English; additional languages would be valuable
- Proactive and highly self-motivated
- Enthusiastic and energetic personality
- Accountable, Authentic, Ambitious, Resilient
- Employment history a pattern of stable development
**Experience Required**
- 6 - 8 years of successful selling in a fast paced, agency environment
- Brand or Agency client facing experience
- Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce & Outreach)
- Evidence of exceeding annual targets of over $1m
- Demonstrated skill in negotiating and closing on critical sales contract
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent experience, Master’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in generating and managing large volume of sales leads
- Great understanding of and a passion for the digital marketing space
- Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective clients

- Revenue from existing clients (quarterly target)
- NPS score
