**About the role**

Working within the Attorney General's Chambers you will provide full administrative support to the Prosecuting Advocates within the Prosecutions Division, undertaking all administrative duties in relation to the prosecuting of criminal matters. You will be directed by the Court Process Manager and Prosecuting Advocates on ad hoc tasks, but you will also be expected to manage and progress cases as allocated, meeting often tight deadlines and assisting other team members when required.

As part of the Prosecutions Administration Team, you will have regular contact with officers in other internal Departments, particularly the Isle of Man Constabulary. Building a good working relationship with Officers is really important, and you will need to have a robust approach when chasing outstanding evidence on cases to ensure that court and statutory deadlines are met.

We operate a flexible working hours scheme, when needed you will be required to commence the working day at 8:00am to provide cover for the Division.
