**A bit about the role...**

We have a fantastic opportunity for an FM Reporting Analyst to join our team based in London. The salary on offer is up to £37,000.

This is a role within the Finance team based in London. The individual will join a team of over 30 finance professionals who provide financial planning and budgeting, reporting, control, and general ledger oversight for NHS Property Services.

This role delivers financial reporting, performance analysis, insight, control, and analytical support to the Finance team for NHS Property Services, specifically for the Facilities Management business.

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join the reporting team and support the month end process for the Facilities Management (FM) P&L.

You should combine excellent numeracy skills with the ability to analyse and present complex data. To be successful in this role, you should be able to use critical thinking to implement financial improvements.

**A bit about you**

To succeed in this position, you must have either a degree level qualification or equivalent experience within the field, as well as be studying or be open to studying towards a recognised finance professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). You must be ableto understand and interpret financial performance information and how it relates to the financial reporting function, and have strong system skills - including Microsoft NAV, EDH, and Horizon.

You must be able to work on your own initiative and organise workload without supervision, working to tight deadlines, and be capable of delivering clear ideas and concepts to a diverse audience. The ability to explain financial information to non-financestaff is imperative.

It would be beneficial for you to have specific knowledge of property companies and/or facilities management companies, or property sector experience.
