The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Inputting orders into our system
- Organising credits and checking invoices
- Answering phones, following up with customers about orders and delivery times.
- Dealing with customer queries
- Have a good telephone manner.
- Be well acquainted with MS Office.
- Be methodical and have good communication skills.
- Work well within a team.
- Pay attention to detail whilst under pressure ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Have good organisation skills and ability to multi-task.
- Do ad hoc jobs as required.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- A foodie with their finger on the pulse of the restaurant and food scene.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Knowledge of Shopify not essential but would be a bonus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
