Customer Service Administrator

Due to team growth we are assisting our client in recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their business on a Permanent basis. This role is fully office based
**The role**
- Providing shipping and forwarding information to customers
- Keeping customer details updated
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers
- Acting as first line support on pricing, product availability and technical issues
- Responsible for sales order processing and customer service for established sales areas
- Liaising with sales managers on a daily basis
- Maintaining the highest level of customer service
**The person**:
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work well under pressure
- Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
- A professional telephone manner is essential
Monday - Friday 8:30am to 17:00pm
**Salary £20,800**
