Job Details:
This position requires extensive driving time and time spent in and around customer homes. Most work is done outdoors, and conditions vary with the weather. Also, will require the mixing and handling of chemicals for pest treatments. This position requires the ability to work full-time, five to six days per week, and approximately 8 hours per day. This position reports to Lawn Care Supervisor.
- Perform lawn inspections, treatments
- Able to carry 50-100 lbs. Carry 4-gallon backpacks and pull hose up to 300ft.
- Working in temps from 33-95 degrees Fahrenheit
- Team-oriented mindset
- Account Management skills preferred
- Good Time management skills
- Good communication skills with customer
- Well organized
- Willing to learn and train on lawn care topics.
- Able to Problem solve - knows how to find solutions to problems.
- Results-driven - hits goals set for him and contributes to team
- Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek Monday through Friday
- Must be Team oriented
- Must be able to speak English
- Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance with a consistent presence at the office, on the job sites, and all pertinent meetings.
- Continually build relationships and promote excellent customer service, integrity, and professionalism
- Perform all other duties assigned
- 2-Years’ experience in Turf Management preferred

Job Requirements:

- Highschool Diploma or GED
- Requires mental alertness and hearing.
- Requires constant use of telephone and other technology associated with Lawn Care/ Aeration position.
- Must possess physical ability and stamina to work outdoors.

Typical Working Conditions / Schedule:

- Extensive walking, bending, and lifting.
- This position requires the ability to work 4-Days per week approximately 8 hours per day.
- This position reports to the Lawn Care Supervisor.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
- Must possess the ability to use telephone, computer, and other required technology.

REQUIRED PHYSICAL and MENTAL DEMANDS
- Requires mental alertness and hearing.
- Requires constant use of telephone and other technology associated with Lawn Care/ Aeration position.
