**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively present targeted number of Envirolawn, Enviropest and Termite Solution sales presentations and offer in accordance with most recent Pricing Matrix
- Execute targeted number of pest prevention cross-sell initiatives targeting lawn and pest customers
- Execute targeted number of outbound call campaigns based on season
- Handle inbound phone calls to capitalize on sales opportunities
- Follow-up on all pending leads and referral opportunities
- Maintain monthly closing percentage targets
- Meet pest, lawn and termite sales targets
- Generate lead opportunities for the outside sales team
- Complete all sales administrative duties and reports
- Executes activities to reach productivity and quality objectives.

- Ability to work well with other people, in both a one-on-one capacity and in a group setting

Must possess ability to use telephone, computer, and other required technology.

**TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS / SCHEDULE**
This position requires the ability to work full-time, five to six days per week and approximately 8 hours per day. This position reports to the Inside Sales Director.

**REQUIRED PHYSICAL and MENTAL DEMANDS**
Requires constant sitting and talking, mental alertness and hearing. Requires constant use of telephone and other technology associated with a customer service and Inside Sales. Must possess physical ability and stamina to work indoors. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Must be able to perform essential job functions in an environment that will sometimes include increased levels of work-related stress. Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs.
