**Your impact**:
As an Apprentice Business Administrator at Get Set UK, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a key role in supporting the RESTART team with high-quality customer service and administrative assistance. You will help ensure the smooth daily running of our Burnley office while gaining valuable hands-on experience across multiple areas of business operations.
- ** Reception Duties**: Acting as front of house for the Burnley office; greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing correspondence.
- ** Administrative Support**:Providing general office support such as filing, scanning, and document handling.
- ** Telephone Support**: Making outbound calls to clients and answering incoming queries.
- ** Diary Management**: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for the team.
- ** Customer Service**: Ensuring all visitors and callers are dealt with professionally and efficiently.
- ** Contract Support**: Assisting with administrative duties related to the RESTART Scheme.
- ** Information, Advice & Guidance (Basic IAG)**: Providing initial guidance to clients when needed.
