**Central Resource Team**
You?ll be the ?Swiss army knife? of carers as we provide independent living skills to a wide range of customers across our different services in the Tyneside, Newcastle, Gateshead and Northumberland area.
So, we are looking for someone as flexible as a slinky in their approach and availability. You will be based in the service for the full shift. This could be your foot in the door into the new market leaders of Health and Social care sector, with a chance togrow your career.
Our team is used as a pipeline for talent within our area. You can be sure that if career progression is what you have in mind, with the support of our management team, you could join the 82% of our colleagues who have secured their ideal position within aservice and a role that feels like home.
You will be a mobile worker in CQC services jumping day by day to a new service to cover annual leave. One day you could be working a day shift in one of our Independent Supported Living Services (typically 3 to 4 customers living in a shared property) supportingthem in everyday living such as; attending college or cooking up a storm in the kitchen or their chosen social activities. You could also be in our more complex needs services where our care workers (known internally as Supported Living Worker) might be spendingthe day helping our customer with their personal care allowing them to live within the community (including medication or bathing) and ensuring their aspirations are achieved.
