**Salary**: £26,520 + Mileage 0.25p per mile

iCare Living is seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Support Worker to support our clients across the Newcastle and Middlesbrough area. If you have a passion for providing exceptional care and are willing to travel and cover shifts at short notice, we want you on our team.

As an Area SupportWorker at iCare Living, you will:

- Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex care needs across various locations.
- Be flexible and adaptable, covering shifts at short notice.
- Travel between Northumberland, Newcastle down to Middlesborough
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the best care outcomes.

**Responsibilities**
- Deliver compassionate and professional care to individuals with complex care needs.
- Assist clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Be prepared to work 2 weekends a month and cover shifts as required.
- Ensure adherence to care plans and protocols to maintain high standards of care.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a care setting.
- Willingness to travel and cover shifts at short notice.
- Flexibility to work 2 weekends a month.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
