Temporary Office Administrator - 6 Months Contract

**Location**: Chichester

**Hourly Rate/Salary**: £10.00 to £10.30 per hour

**Hours per week**: 35 to 40 hours per week

This is a full-time role on a 6 temporary contract basis

We are actively recruiting an Administrator for our growing office in Chichester.

We are looking to appoint an Administrator who will be instrumental in helping the manager of our service enable the delivery of excellent care and support. The role will be varied, and no two days will be the same, so you will need to be organised, efficient and willing to help out with whatever is required.

- General administrative tasks as required, including general maintenance of the office environment
- Providing first-class customer service at all times when representing Right at Home
- Answering the phone and dealing with any enquiries in a friendly and professional manner, signposting or providing information about other Right at Home services as appropriate
- Supporting with restocking office supplies
- General office printing, scanning & filing
- Collating and analysing all Client satisfaction data and quality assurance programmes as requested
- Adding new enquiries to our digital system
- Assisting with updating Client and CareGiver records
- General office administrative duties (e.g. typing, letter writing, filing)
- Qualified to level 2 in Business Administration is desirable but not essential
- General office administrative duties within social care
