We are looking for an exceptional, progressive recruitment leader to join a thriving, multi-site executive search business based in the North of England to support their continued, rapid growth.
You will be looking for an opportunity to be instrumental in the growth of a search business, you will want to be a part of the top table, making the decisions and will be happy to put the work in and take the responsibility that comes with that role.
The business is well established, with strong roots and an impressive client list across Europe. It is well funded, with a solid foundation and is ready now to go on a hyper-growth phase across the next 2-3 years. The owners are still involved and passionateabout the business and treat their teams well, pay them well and respect the need to consistently develop and learn. This person will be a key part of that leadership team working day to day with the founders, to hire, develop and manage the recruiting teamsto achieve the required, successful headcount and revenue growth.
You will bring energy, experience and leadership skills that you have likely developed through your career in an executive search or senior, professional services recruitment firm. You will be/have been a good biller and proven you can develop raw talentinto productive, motivated consultants.
In return you will receive an excellent base salary, the opportunity to earn a significant OTE and become part of a LTIP. Whilst the remuneration is highly attractive for the right person, the opportunity to be a part of a huge success story, watch yourteam grow and develop and working with a highly motivated leadership team will be the equally important for those applying.

**Salary**: £70,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
