**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Representing high-profile clients on various sales and marketing campaigns
- Troubleshooting inquiries and resolving customer concerns with efficiency and professionalism
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of products, promotions, and campaign details
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Tracking customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve service delivery
