**Job Summary**

To support the IT & Data Quality Manager in creating, maintaining and improving relevant, high quality and cost effective services using appropriate IT systems. Demonstrate their skills in computer technology and software systems and work within their professional boundaries. To be responsible for administrative support to the IT & Data Quality Manager.

**Primary Responsibilities**

**Data Analysis**

To assist with co-ordinating the delivery of the Quality and Outcomes Framework and Enhanced Services.

Contribute to the delivery of any Enhanced Services that the Practice has undertaken to deliver.

To help and support with collation of data in relation to QOF and enhanced services and present current achievement at routine QOF meetings.

Assist in the preparation and action plans for delivery of Enhanced Services, in order to achieve maximum outcomes against target.

To help with keeping Research Projects up to date.

**Administrative Duties**

Ensure correct clinical coding of QOF and ES data.

To help ensure wider clinical MDT are briefed to use those Read codes which satisfy current QOF business rules.

Using our mail merge system, Docmail and text messaging system to ensure efficient patient recall systems.

To administer the recall system; book and manage appointments for Enhanced Services reviews and manage defaulters.

To help assist with campaigns uising Mjog and ensuring that this is reflected across all communication sites within the Practice

Contribute to the updating and development of Practice procedures for internal communication.

Respond to IT problems and escalate to IT support when appropriate

**Patient Communication**

Contribute to the updating and development of Practice procedures.

Help maintain social media such as Facebook and Twitter.

Help maintain the Practice website.

Take minutes of routine meetings and disseminate these to the wider practice team to ensure improvements are made if required.

**General Duties**

Any other reasonable duties as necessary.

**Induction Training**

On arrival at the practice all personnel are to complete a practice induction programme; this is managed by the Deputy Practice Manager.
