**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Purpose**:
The administrator officer will develop, implement and co-ordinate administrative systems, processes and workflows to ensure the effective and efficient operation of curriculum programmes at their designated campus/cohort.
**Key duties**:
- To co-ordinate and administer curriculum and apprenticeship programmes, including liaising with senior leaders, managers, tutors, students and employers
- To provide administrative support to all curriculum, apprenticeship programmes and skills delivery at designated campus/cohort (covering other campuses as required)
- Develop, implement and co-ordinate campus/cohort based administration processes
- Support staff with course paperwork; facilitate all elements of courses from ordering resources, ensuring students and tutors have everything required to deliver and receive a quality teaching experience, assisting with ensuring compliance and quality assurance of courses
- Proactively liaise with curriculum leadership, management and delivery teams to provide constant and consistent services and help prevent excessive workload peaks
- Manage logistics such as hotel bookings, taxis and trips for designated campus/cohort
- Manage procurement, invoicing and cross-charging processes for designated campus/cohort
- Assist with the monitoring of registers and attendance, reporting any concerns to relevant staff
- Support key periods such as enrolments, interviews, events and open evenings
- Liaise with the College Information Services team to ensure students and apprentices are registered with awarding bodies, and support with exam days and invigilation as required
- Arrange for the minuting of panel hearings and other meetings as requested
- To provide quality general administrative support, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and other record keeping
- Co-ordinate the workload of administration assistants, in liaison with the team leader
- Deputise for the curriculum administration team leader in their absence
- Shadow other team members and provide cover in their absence
- To work flexibly and effectively as part of the team
- Any other duties commensurate with grade and status, as may reasonably be requested
